Because of this, the possibility of plagerism exists. FSDashboard has the highest regard for the intellectual property of others. We ask our users to have the same respect for what is legally the property of others. We may, at our discretion and under the appropriate circumstances terminate the accounts of our registered users who violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your work has been copied, distributed or otherwise used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide all of the following information, in writing ("Notice"), to FSDashboard's Copyright Agent:
- A detailed description of the copyrighted work, which you claim has been infringed upon;
- The location of the material on the FSDashboard Web site (for example, the page name and paragraph or URL) and a detailed description of the material that you claim is infringing upon your intellectual property.
- Either an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest (the owner or his/her attorney, for example);
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address (if any) and/or any other forms of contact;
- A written statement of your good faith belief disputing materials not authorized by the copyright owner, his/her agent or the law; and
- A statement by the owner of the disputed work, made under penalty of perjury, that the items listed above in your Notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
